In improver, your issue doesn't seem quite the same as the one originally asked.
It sounds as if you received an email with a receipt and some documents attached and you want to transport them to someone else.

I will try to exist more specific about my trouble. I purchased an item from Verizon with a bonus promotion. I am required to upload the receipt that I was given, and then submit it for getting my bonus. I'grand sorry to carp you, but I just don't understand the uploading part when I have a physical document that needs scanning....I think.

If you have a physical document, consummate it as necessary and then browse it and salve every bit a pdf file. You of course volition need a scanner to do this.
